Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify competitive advantages for 2026 market landscape
- Develop and implement technology integration roadmaps aligned with company's 5-year vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory changes affecting innovation strategies
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups for technology scouting
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD)
