Responsibilities
- Lead development of the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 15+ cross-functional stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech) for commercial viability
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype 2026-predictive solutions
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Publish industry whitepapers and represent company at Davos, CES, and Web Summit
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption rates and market disruption metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting (Gartner Hype Cycle, McKinsey Tech Trends)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or Technology Management
- Presentation skills at TED Talks level or equivalent executive communication
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan Management Review
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
