Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting and integrating breakthrough innovations into core product offerings
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation forecasts to executive leadership and investors
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop mitigation frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of successfully implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex technological landscapes and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or strategy publications
