Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven track record delivering quantum/neural interface projects
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies for R&D environments
- Strong patent portfolio (10+ granted innovations)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Q#)
- Experience securing $10M+ venture capital for tech initiatives
