- Mentor 15+ engineers and researchers in emerging technology domains
- Drive patent portfolio development targeting 20+ new IP filings annually
- Collaborate with C-suite on technology investment strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in securing federal grants and VC funding for R&D
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier tech journals
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to production
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
