Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (MS + 8 years experience considered)
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms and machine learning at scale
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and NISQ hardware
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Track record of leading projects with $5M+ budgets and 50+ person teams
- Proficiency in futurism methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized disruptive technologies
