Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and competitive threats.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to define vision, scope, and deliverables for 2026 initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to evaluate feasibility and ROI of futuristic technologies.
- Communicate complex strategic visions to executive stakeholders and technical teams with clarity and impact.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to ensure flexibility in long-term planning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading high-level strategic initiatives or roadmap planning.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
