Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using AI, blockchain, and IoT frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and innovation impact
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry foresight forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
