Responsibilities

- Lead research and integration of emerging technologies including generative AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Facilitate innovation workshops with stakeholders to identify future opportunities and mitigate disruptive threats
- Build and manage a portfolio of experimental projects with 18-24 month horizons
- Analyze global tech policy implications and advise leadership on strategic positioning
- Represent company at industry forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-tech methodologies and foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT)
- Strong background in strategic planning with documented success in long-term tech roadmaps
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
