Responsibilities

- Develop strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research institutions
- Present tech visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Mentor a high-performing team of R&D specialists and data scientists
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record launching at least two enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, Web3, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and strategic planning frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating tech trend analysis and future-state architecture
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
