- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Design ethical frameworks for future tech implementation in regulated industries
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting global tech policy and standards
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on future tech scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technology implementation
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (e.g., CFA, CFTE)
- Experience with policy analysis for tech regulation and ethical frameworks
- Demonstrated success in securing $5M+ R&D budgets for future initiatives
