Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive sustainable tech integration across all product lines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
