Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot phase
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management
- Portfolio of implemented innovation projects with measurable impact
