- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-backed insights
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across 5+ high-impact R&D projects
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and industry disruptors
- Mentor a team of 3-5 innovation specialists in strategic thinking and future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management preferred
- Track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities
