- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with quarterly reviews and pivots

- Mentor senior engineers on future-proof architecture principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record launching at least 3 enterprise-scale innovations
- Expertise in future-gazing methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AGI)
- Certified in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent
