As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable roadmaps. You'll shape product strategy, identify disruptive opportunities, and lead initiatives that position us at the forefront of technological evolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify first-mover advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build and lead an innovation incubator program for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong business acumen with experience in tech commercialization
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
