Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present tech roadmaps and investment recommendations to the board of directors
- Mentor R&D teams on futuristic technology adoption and ethical implementation
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, sustainable tech, or metaverse
- Track record of launching innovative products with measurable market impact
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and startup communities
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
