- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Author thought leadership on future-tech policy and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar journals (2018-2023)
- Proven track record scaling quantum/neural tech from prototype to market
- Deep understanding of tech policy landscape (US/EU/Asia)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Futures Platform, Gartner)
- Certification in Tech Ethics (IEEE 7000-2022 or equivalent)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
