Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps for enterprise clients, integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing tech solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, neurotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design scalable architectures for decentralized systems and autonomous workflows
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with 5-10 year horizons
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across client ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level future-tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech transformation projects
