- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions and validate technical feasibility
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on tech adoption priorities
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment

Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership

- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, FTI) or advanced degree in relevant field
