Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions in our advanced R&D lab
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to pioneer emerging tech
- Analyze global tech trends to identify opportunities for paradigm-shifting product development
- Drive implementation of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
