- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, boards, and government stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption, ROI, and competitive differentiation

- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven experience with emerging tech (AI, quantum, blockchain) implementation
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Certifications in TOGAF, PMP, or emerging tech domains preferred
