Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale Generative AI models and autonomous robotics systems.
- Define and enforce AI governance policies to ensure ethical, transparent, and safe deployment of technology.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Oversee research initiatives focusing on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and cognitive computing.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and roboticists.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge AI) into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
