Responsibilities

- Process Optimization: Establish and maintain best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with proven experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI & Data: Strong understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex, undefined technical challenges.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
