Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Lead Research and Development initiatives in emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Engineering to define technical requirements.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or product management.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and roadmaps.

- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern development lifecycle practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
