Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 era, specifically focusing on AGI integration and Spatial Computing interfaces.
- Lead research and development initiatives to prototype next-generation algorithms that optimize for the computing paradigms of the future.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into feasible product roadmaps and milestones.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive technologies that could impact our ecosystem by 2026.
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and technology labs to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, or Spatial Computing technologies.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex futuristic concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive projects from concept to completion.
