Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or sustainable systems
- Proven track record of shipping complex technical projects
- Strong background in cross-functional team leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals a plus
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
