Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Design high-performance, scalable systems that can handle next-generation loads and data requirements.
- Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our core architecture.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Future Tech: Proven experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, or next-gen computing paradigms.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and manage large-scale technical projects.
