Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with 2026 business objectives and emerging technological trends.
- System Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed systems capable of handling millions of concurrent users with sub-millisecond latency.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of generative AI and machine learning models into core product infrastructure to enhance automation and user experience.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with global data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and NLP technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills for technical leadership.
