Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and industry trends for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures that leverage emerging technologies like quantum computing readiness and advanced AI integration.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives to identify and prototype disruptive technologies before they become mainstream.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide engineering teams on best practices for long-term maintainability and future-proofing codebases.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into clear, actionable strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or a related technical leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and successfully implementing long-term strategic plans (5+ year horizon).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, containerization, and AI/ML integration frameworks.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead diverse teams and drive cross-departmental collaboration on complex projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
