Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the technology strategy and roadmap leading up to 2026, identifying emerging trends and integration points.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to prototype and validate next-generation technologies.
- Conduct deep-dive research into quantum computing, AI, and next-gen cloud architectures to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical visions with business objectives and market expansion plans.
- Establish best practices for innovation management, patent filing, and R&D efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Proven ability to forecast technological shifts and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
