Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the technical vision and roadmap for QLS 2026, identifying key technological milestones.
- Lead the architecture of complex, scalable systems that anticipate future growth and market demands.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to pilot and validate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI integration, Quantum-ready infrastructures).
- Perform rigorous risk assessments and feasibility studies for high-impact projects.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Establish technical standards and best practices to ensure longevity and maintainability of our core products.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering, or product development.
- Proven track record of leading product roadmaps and strategic technology initiatives.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture, and modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go).
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and scaling high-performance teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
