Qualifications
- 10+ years in distributed systems architecture with quantum computing exposure
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation algorithms
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in top-tier journals on post-silicon computing
- Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers across 3+ time zones
- Proficiency in Rust, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic SDKs
- Deep understanding of DAO governance models and smart contract auditing
