Qualifications

- Proven experience designing distributed microservices and mesh networks
- Advanced certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP and blockchain platforms
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future systems
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on quantum or AI systems
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with regulatory compliance for autonomous systems (GDPR, CCPA 2026)
