Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable architecture for next-gen software solutions.
- Lead the research and development of AI-driven algorithms and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure system security, high availability, and performance optimization.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and integrate them where applicable.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment.
