Responsibilities

- Design innovation frameworks that align with long-term organizational objectives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementations for 2025+ horizons
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Planning preferred
