Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year enterprise roadmaps
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets with ROI frameworks
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (IEEE, Harvard Business Review)
