- Design and pilot prototype business models for emerging technologies (Web4, neurotech, climate AI)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough signals in biotech, space commerce, and decentralized networks
- Build adaptive governance frameworks for autonomous systems and ethical AI deployment
- Present strategic futures to executive boards through data-driven visualizations and impact narratives
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints translating future scenarios into actionable initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years focused on future foresight or innovation architecture
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4) with published thought leadership
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or Technology Strategy
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., Shell's Foresight Methodology) or foresight methodologies
- Track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives with measurable impact (>$100M revenue impact preferred)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech (EU AI Act, US quantum policies)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
