Responsibilities

- Oversee the strategic migration of legacy systems to next-generation cloud infrastructure.
- Drive innovation initiatives that position the company as a market leader in future-ready solutions.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies to forecast their impact on business operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, with a focus on strategic planning and future tech trends.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading successful technology transformations and defining long-term roadmaps.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML integration, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
