Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision, aligning it with global market trends and technological advancements.
- Conduct deep-dive foresight analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Gen-AI) to predict industry shifts and opportunities.
- Lead high-level initiatives to restructure business processes for maximum scalability by 2026.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to define the roadmap for the next major product release cycle.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic planning and market volatility.
- Present complex strategic data to executive leadership in a clear, compelling narrative.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformations and forecasting long-term trends.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, SWOT analysis, and market research methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to executive leadership.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA, MSc in Strategic Management, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments is a plus.
