The Role:
You will be responsible for designing scalable neural architectures and optimizing large language models (LLMs) for real-world deployment. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Develop and fine-tune state-of-the-art generative models (e.g., GPT-5, LLaMA variants) for enterprise applications.
- Implement ethical AI guidelines and bias mitigation strategies in model training pipelines.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Conduct rigorous testing and optimization of inference latency and throughput.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI paradigms such as Neuro-symbolic AI and Agentic workflows.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/Keras.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and RAG architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
