- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Automation into daily workflows to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Design and implement Hybrid Work Ecosystems that balance flexibility with deep collaboration and culture building.
- Conduct deep-dive market research on Emerging Tech Trends (e.g., Web3, Quantum Computing) and their impact on talent acquisition and retention.
- Partner with C-Suite executives to drive Organizational Transformation and manage cultural change during rapid digitalization.
- Develop frameworks for Skills-Based Hiring to prepare the workforce for a skills-first future.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources Strategy, or Consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Hybrid Work Models and digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI trends and their practical application in the enterprise environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
