Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive vision for the organization's evolution through 2026 and beyond, aligning business goals with technological advancements.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Spearhead initiatives that integrate AI, automation, and remote-first methodologies into core business operations.
- Policy Development: Create scalable frameworks for workforce management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement in a hybrid-first environment.

Qualifications
