Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term vision for our autonomous vehicle fleet and mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) platforms.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, product management, and regulatory affairs teams to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies, competitor movements, and urban mobility trends to inform product direction.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and external partners to secure buy-in for the 2026 vision.
- Operational Excellence: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of mobility initiatives and ensure scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in product strategy, automotive technology, or smart city development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in data analytics, AI trend forecasting, and systems thinking methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex 2026 visions to diverse audiences.
