- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio allocation with ROI-driven methodologies
- Mentor R&D teams in exponential technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures planning at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in launching exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Scenario Planning
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Portfolio of 3+ successfully deployed 5+ year strategic initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
