Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap through market trend analysis and technology forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize next-generation solutions

- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive products/services
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Strategic Foresight
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL)
