Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market projections
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop and validate future-proof business models and go-to-market strategies
- Champion agile experimentation frameworks for rapid prototyping of future concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA/MSc/PhD) in Strategy, Innovation, or Technology Management
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) adoption
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, demographic, and climate change impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, patents, etc.)
