Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning with market disruption forecasts and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing futuristic business models for emerging tech verticals (quantum, bio-convergence, Web4)
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis using predictive modeling and AI-driven trend forecasting
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and venture capital firms
- Present disruption scenarios to the Board of Directors with actionable mitigation/opportunity frameworks
- Oversee the Future Innovation Lab's $50M annual R&D budget allocation
- Author white papers and thought leadership on sustainable technological evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or relevant technical field
- Expertise in scenario planning, disruption analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., ACSP, CFP) or equivalent predictive analytics credentials
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives with $100M+ budget impact
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies across 5+ jurisdictions
