Responsibilities
- Develop and execute forward-looking innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems

Qualifications

- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., INNOVA, CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects
