Responsibilities

- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-thinking culture and scenario planning exercises
- Partner with R&D teams to evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Design and implement KPI frameworks to track future-readiness and innovation pipeline health
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders using compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to position company as industry thought leader for 2026 market positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, corporate innovation, or futures research at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
